("360Fleet", "we") takes the protection of your personal information seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have. It applies to the 360fleet.ca website and to the exchanges you have with us through it, in accordance with Quebec's *Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector* (Law 25) and the *Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act* (PIPEDA). ## 1. Information we collect - **Information you provide**: name, email, phone number, company, details about your fleet or project, and any message sent through our forms (quote request, newsletter, contact). - **Information collected automatically**: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, visit duration and referring page, through cookies and similar technologies. ## 3. Why we use it - to respond to your requests and prepare a quote; - to send you our newsletter or other communications, if you have consented; - to operate, secure and improve the website; - to measure audience and the effectiveness of our communications; - to meet our legal obligations. We only collect the information needed for these purposes and do not use it for other purposes without your consent, unless the law allows it. ## 4. Cookies The website uses cookies required for it to work and, with your consent, analytics and marketing cookies. You can change your choices at any time through the cookie banner or your browser settings. Refusing some cookies may limit certain features. ## 5. Sharing with third parties We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers acting on our behalf (website hosting and customer relationship management — including HubSpot —, analytics tools, email delivery), who are contractually bound to confidentiality, and with authorities when required by law.
